Free Physicals

Free athletic screening for Jeffers High School Athletes will take place on:

June 20th at the UP Health System
500 Campus Drive
Hancock, MI

Time: 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

This is a FREE physical. ALL athletes for the 2019-2020 school year need to have a physical form on file. Forms available under 'Athletics' or in the office. Please have the form filled out before you get to the screening. There will be a bus leaving JHS at 9:30 and making stops in South Range and Atlantic Mine.
